Maintenance Lead - Direct Hire
Midway GA | $29-$32/hr
Join our team and help support a world-class distribution operation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to lead maintenance operations, support automated systems, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop maintenance technicians through coaching, training, and performance management
Manage preventive maintenance programs and work orders through CMMS
Oversee facility systems, building maintenance, conveyors, sorters, and automated equipment
Coordinate inspections, repairs, and improvements to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety programs, policies, and procedures
Monitor facility conditions and recommend equipment or system upgrades
Manage maintenance materials, supplies, and tool requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of leadership experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations
Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed (45-50 hours/week)
