Maintenance Manager – 2nd ShiftNorthwest Frozen, Des Moines, WA | Full-time | $90,000–$110,000/year DOELead our 2nd-shift maintenance team and keep our food production lines running safely and reliably.This is a huge responsibility, and there's nowhere to hide. If you aren't an excellent mechanic, this job isn't for you. We do working interviews, so be ready to show us your skills on real equipment.What you'll do:Lead, schedule and coach the 2nd-shift maintenance teamKeep preventive maintenance and work orders on track and documentedTroubleshoot and repair equipment hands-on (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)Work with production to set priorities and cut downtimeEnforce lockout/tagout, safety and food safety/GMP rulesHand off clearly to the day-shift teamWhat we need:Excellent hands-on mechanical skills3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year leading a team; food plant experience a plusStrong troubleshooting; PLC, refrigeration or welding a plusExperience with a CMMS or work-order systemComfortable in cold, wet production areas; reliable, organized, safety-mindedBenefitsPaid sick leave and health insurance.Apply online, or stop by our Des Moines plant to fill out an application in person.
