Maintenance Manager
Kenosha, Wisconsin area
Direct Hire
Salary range $125,000-135,000

Qualifications:
  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Must have at least 5+ years maintenance management experience in food manufacturing
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills
  • PLC troubleshooting preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Manage capital projects 
  • Develop and monitor KPI’s to ensure the department stays on track to meet plant goals
  • Improve Preventive Maintenance processes
