    Description

    Job Title: Food Maintenance Manager
    Location: Swedesboro, NJ
    Salary: $125 to 160k

    Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled Food Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our Swedesboro food production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, leading a maintenance team, and supporting continuous improvement to keep production running efficiently and safely.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.

    • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on food production equipment.

    • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food industry regulations.

    • Partner with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

    • Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance scheduling.

    • Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility improvements.

    • Train and mentor staff to ensure technical skill development and adherence to best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or related industry.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Knowledge of food production equipment, safety standards, and GMPs.

    • Proficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.

    • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
