Facility Maintenance Lead
Location: Onsite
Pay: $32–$40/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time


We are looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance Lead to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, and takes pride in going above and beyond. You’ll play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly by using your technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and improve critical systems.

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead and perform daily maintenance and repair tasks 
•  Troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, and mechanical systems 
•  Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime 
•  Diagnose and support wastewater system operations 
•  Complete welding and fabrication work as needed 
•  Work with compression and impression equipment 
•  Operate a forklift safely when required 
•  Identify issues proactively and implement solutions 
•  Partner with the Maintenance Manager to support facility goals 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, controls)
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping of both hands.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs continuously.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.
• Must maintain company attendance standards.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g. Weekends and holidays)
• Forklift certified is a plus
• Welding experience
