Schedule: 5:00 PM-5:00 AM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Every Other Wednesday

Requirements

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, ladder logic, and schematics
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Install, repair, and replace machine components
• Assist with equipment installation and startup activities
• Dismantle and repair machinery using hand and pneumatic tools
• Operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking equipment
• Inspect equipment for wear, misalignment, and performance issues
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory
• Coordinate with vendors regarding replacement components and repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various industrial conditions
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and cutting torches
• Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment

You'll take ownership of your shift-inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding what keeps the operation running. When production slows, you'll be the first one on it, keeping things safe, smooth, and efficient.
