Paid time off and paid holidays support work-life balance, while career advancement opportunities and ongoing leadership development programs help employees build lasting and rewarding careers.

The production floor is smaller than some large-scale facilities, but activity levels are high, and floors can be wet in certain departments. Employees work in warm to hot conditions due to operating machinery, though the environment is described as not uncomfortable. The facility includes multiple departments, such as a kitchen area where slurry (bean centers) is created and placed into molds and hot rooms, a coating area where outer layers are applied to the centers, and a large packaging department where finished products are processed and packaged. Equipment maintained includes conveyors, packaging equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, roller systems, robotic cells, three-phase motors, box machines, bagging machines, assortment box lines, can lines, label machines, gift box lines, candy dispensers, and mixing machines. Dress code requires protective footwear, GMP-compliant attire, and adherence to hygiene standards, including restrictions on jewelry, nails, and false lashes. Employees receive pants, shirts, and smocks labeled with their names to support compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
