Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Gilroy, CA.
Pay: $24.00-$28.00Shift: VariesWhat youll do:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts
What were looking for:- Maintenance/mechanical experience in a manufacturing or food-production environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment
- Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work the required shift, including overtime when needed
