Maintenance Mechanic

Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and packaging machinery.
-Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and equipment upgrades to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
-Complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment history using CMMS software while following all safety procedures.
-Install, modify, and relocate equipment as needed while collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to improve overall performance.



Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
-Experience troubleshooting bearings, pumps, motors, conveyors, PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial machinery.
-Proficiency using hand and power tools, testing equipment, and CMMS maintenance software.

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Experience with welding, fabrication, plumbing, or machinery installation.
-Forklift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial equipment experience.

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
