Description

Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic (2/3 Shift)Location: Monroe, NJExperience: 3 years
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Role Overview:Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production systems through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and injection molding equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
  • Install, set up, and tune new molding machines and related systems
  • Use hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Follow technical drawings, manuals, and safety procedures
  • Identify and correct potential safety hazards
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and conserve maintenance resources
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as an industrial or maintenance mechanic
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
