Maintenance Mechanic

Anticipated Dates: Position to begin immediatelyQualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in custodial and cleaning operations preferred
• In possession of a valid Black Seal Boiler Operator's license or higher, or must obtain a license within twelve (12) months of the hire date.
• Criminal history background check
• U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Position Type:Full-time, 12-Month Ramsey Buildings & Grounds Association-AffiliatedShift:Day (7 am - 4 pm)Salary:

Compensation will be in accordance with the Ramsey Buildings & Grounds Association collective bargaining agreement. The 2026-2027 salary guide range for maintenance and groundskeeping positions is $48,248 to $58,120.
