We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a food manufacturing facility. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining food production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
Maintain equipment uptime and minimize downtime
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
Perform welding, fabrication, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
Maintain parts inventory and follow safety procedures
Qualifications:
3+ years of food manufacturing maintenance experience
