Maintenance Mechanic

Immediate Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift for an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic!

2nd Shift 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday thru Friday
3rd Shift 10pm to 6:30am, Sunday thru Thursday

Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and perform equipment repairs using standard procedures.
* Perform problem solving and resolution of machine issues or reliability improvements.
* Maintain machine standards of operation in accordance with baseline hardware and software installation / measurements / equipment standard setup manual.
* Perform the equipment setup and change-over process.
* Support new system installations, R&D and engineering projects.
* Train and mentor Technicians and Operators on team and across teams.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Maintenance shop.
* Packaging equipment, air compressors, and chiller systems.



Requirements:
* 4+ years equipment maintenance experience.
* Knowledge in mechanical & electrical (motor circuits, VFDs, Servos, PLCs, single / three phase
electrical systems) troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment.
* Experience in reading, understanding, and interpreting blueprints, schematics and equipment documentation.
* Knowledge of hand and power tool application, operation and use.
* Knowledge of the high-speed packaging line, roasting and grinding processing equipment (Preferred)
* Experience in machining, welding & fabrication (Preferred)
