Maintenance Millwright

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Associates with mechanically-based millwright knowledge and technical experience to join our team. This role involves working on pumps, sprockets, chains, conveyor rollers, and more, as part of a multi-craft team where everyone contributes to every task. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with PLC tech knowledge and electrical experience, particularly in troubleshooting 480-volt equipment. The position requires working Monday through Friday with 12-hour shifts and rotating to nights every 30 days.

• Perform maintenance tasks on pumps, sprockets, chains, and conveyor rollers.
• Collaborate with multi-craft teammates to achieve maintenance objectives.
• Utilize mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to address equipment issues.
• Work on preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Handle SAP work orders and facilities maintenance duties.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

• Mechanical and electrical knowledge, including PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with power tools, hydraulics, and industrial maintenance.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience in industrial maintenance environments.
• Capability to answer technical questions during interviews.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, LA.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
