20% - In consultation with the HVAC specialist senior, perform maintenance on HVAC equipment & controls and adjust HVAC system settings using building automation system.
10% - Coordinate with outside vendors or internal trades personnel as needed for resolution of more complex issues.
10% - Assist teams engaged in large campus projects and maintenance activities.
