Job Summary:
- No. of Openings: Two
- Second Shift: Monday to Friday 02:00 PM to 10 PM
- Weekend Shift: Friday to Monday 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM

Responsibilities:
- Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work.
- Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols.
- Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS.
- Review KPIs, resolve shift problems, and inspect operations for quality.
- Offer feedback on performance and support SQF Systems maintenance.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas, participate in initiatives, and conduct safety observations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead Role.
- Previous experience with Controls & PLCs (Programming is a plus).
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance experience.
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems.
- Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
- Valid LinkedIn profile.
