    Pay Range: $70,000 to $86,400 per year

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    · Supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily activities of Maintenance Planning personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling, execution, and completion of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

    · Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and development opportunities for maintenance planning and support personnel.

    · Plan and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs by developing and analyzing equipment downtime reports, identifying trends, and determining root causes through failure analysis, maintenance records review, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams.

    · Ensure maintenance planning processes are standardized and consistently executed across all shifts and departments.

    · Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance performance metrics, including equipment reliability, downtime, PM compliance, work order completion rates, and maintenance costs.

    · Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance work, capital projects, shutdown activities, and corrective maintenance work orders.

    · Review and continuously improve preventive maintenance procedures, frequencies, and work instructions to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

    · Direct the maintenance planning process to ensure all required labor, materials, tools, and contractor resources are available before scheduled work begins.

    · Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to establish maintenance priorities and minimize operational disruptions.

    · Oversee spare parts inventory management and analyze maintenance-related expenditures to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

    · Develop and manage maintenance planning budgets, including parts, materials, contractor services, and maintenance-related expenditures.

    · Review, approve, and monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance parts and services in accordance with company policies and budget guidelines.

    · Ensure compliance with all company safety programs, GMP requirements, environmental regulations, and government regulatory standards.

    · Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing equipment uptime, reliability, productivity, and maintenance effectiveness.

    · Maintain and ensure the accuracy of maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management systems, including SAP and related software applications.

    · Communicate departmental goals, objectives, and performance results to maintenance and plant leadership teams.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Directly supervise assigned maintenance planning personnel and support staff.

    · Conduct hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

    · Establish individual and team performance expectations and monitor progress toward departmental objectives.

    · Develop employee skill levels through training programs, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives.

    · Schedule personnel and allocate resources to support plant maintenance activities efficiently.

    · Foster a positive work environment focused on safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    · Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    · Participate in professional development activities, industry seminars, training programs, and trade association events.

    · Prepare and present maintenance KPI reports, reliability metrics, budget performance, and continuous improvement results to plant leadership.

    · Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and strategic maintenance initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education and Experience

    · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.

    · Associate Degree, technical school certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

    · Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance planning, maintenance operations, reliability, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, warehouse, or related industrial experience.

    · Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
