    Job Description

    Your responsibilities: 

    • Disassemble machines to identify issues, repair or replace faulty electrical or mechanical parts, and reassemble equipment while following all safety protocols.
    • Have a general understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operations.
    • Calibrate machinery to meet required standards and verify performance.
    • Analyze machine cycles to identify malfunctions and perform repairs using both mechanical and electrical knowledge.
    • Conduct electrical system testing to ensure proper function.

    • Interpret complex schematics, manuals, and testing guides to carry out repairs.

    • Diagnose and repair faults on printed circuit boards.

    • Take on related mechanical or electrical tasks as assigned.

    • Notify supervisors of any unusual issues or observations.

    • Apply sound judgment to follow procedures and make informed decisions.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

    • At least three (3) years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience or completion of a journeyman program in electrical/mechanical work.

    • Ability to read and interpret ladder logic, motor control schematics, and mechanical blueprints.

    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience maintaining CNC machinery.

    • Background in both machining and electrical systems.

    • Associate degree in electronics with mechanical skills or equivalent military training.

    • Familiarity with hydraulic systems.

    Benefits:
