Requisition Summary

Responsible for maintenance parts ordering, parts put-away, inventory 5S and management, asset review, administrative duties, and serving as the parts liaison, with fork truck certification required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass onsite computer testing
• Must be able to operate and have forklift experience
• Inventory levels and reorder points
• Parts accuracy, condition, and labeling
• Storeroom organization and 5S standards
• Stock movement and usage trends
• Backorders, shortages, and urgent maintenance needs
• Receiving accuracy against purchase orders
• Obsolete, excess, or slow-moving inventory
• Tool and asset tracking
• Compliance with safety and storage procedures
• Opportunities to improve efficiency, availability, and cost control
• Other duties as assigned (administrative)

Education

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
