    Your Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance operations at our property in Quincy, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at Fenno House, which consists of 151 units of independent and assisted living. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Overseeing, scheduling, and performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
    • Overseeing completion of work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
    • Working with contractors as needed.
    • Maintaining inventory and working within a budget.
    • Scheduling and supervising maintenance personnel. Ensuring the quality of work performed.
    • Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects.

    The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
