Summary:- Oversee and perform maintenance operations for a residential apartment community.
- Ensure the property remains safe, functional, and visually well-maintained.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
- Complete work orders and unit turns within required timelines.
- Maintain community standards in alignment with Property Manager expectations.
Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of residential service repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritize and complete work orders within a 48-hour goal period.
- Complete punch-outs to ensure all units are make-ready within 5 business days.
- Participate in the on-call rotation with the maintenance team.
- Maintain grounds daily and conduct building exterior checks.
- Keep maintenance shop clean and organized.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain pool and snow logs.
- Perform seasonal duties including snow removal (winter) and watering flowers (summer).
- Ensure safety equipment is current and in stock.
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:- 1–3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
- Experience completing work orders, punch-outs, and turns
- Experience working with residential parts and appliances
Special Certifications Needed:- HVAC/EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass MVR, background check, and drug screening
Additional Qualifications:- Experience with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and installation
- Light plumbing, electrical, brazing, and carpentry experience
- Ability to work on-site and participate in on-call rotation
