The role involves ensuring continuous operation of facility, manufacturing, and support systems in a food manufacturing environment.
Essential duties include representing management to promote safety, quality, and productivity; reviewing and improving system efficiencies; coaching team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair; supervising performance and supporting professional growth; and expanding preventive/predictive maintenance.
Key responsibilities involve utilizing CMMS for work orders, inventory, and equipment history; troubleshooting controls systems, including PC's, PLC's, and interfaces; and applying advanced skills in electrical, automation, and machinery troubleshooting.
The role also requires knowledge of process equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility support systems to maintain optimal plant operations.
