The position will also involve operating floor buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial equipment, safely handling cleaning chemicals, and assisting with light facility maintenance such as replacing light fixtures, completing minor repairs, and reporting larger maintenance concerns to management. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, washing windows, disinfecting surfaces, and restocking supplies.
