The Otis Hotel and AC Hotel Austin are two Marriott-brand hotels in Austin, Texas, and both depend on a skilled engineering team to deliver the comfortable, well-maintained experience guests expect. As an Engineering Supervisor, you'll help keep both properties running at the standards of White Lodging, the brand, and our guests.

We are hiring an Engineering Supervisor to support engineering and maintenance operations at The Otis Hotel and AC Hotel Austin. You'll work alongside the Engineering leaders to maintain the hotels, troubleshoot and correct maintenance issues, and train hourly maintenance associates. Compensation starts at $26.00 to $29.00 per hour. What You'll Do

• Assist in leading and managing the operation and maintenance of The Otis Hotel and AC Hotel Austin, supporting the Engineering leaders in day-to-day hotel engineering operations
• Support the Engineering leaders in ensuring the hotels' maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Marriott brand, and guest standards
• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take timely corrective action on maintenance issues across building systems and guest-facing areas
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates, helping build a skilled, safety-minded engineering team
• Perform additional reasonable duties as required

What You'll Bring

• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management (required)
• Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals, and manufacturer's specifications (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills, with the goal of keeping guests and associates comfortable and safe
