Job Description:
- As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our Cincinnati, OH facility. Your focus will be on optimizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and enhancing safety protocols.
- Lead a team of highly skilled mechanics and electricians as you execute preventative maintenance and perform breakdown repairs.
- This role will work onsite on a 2, 2, 3 schedule (13-hour shift).
- Work closely with leadership across the site including Maintenance and Operations Managers as you work on implementing new ways to make our equipment run even better.
- You will report to the Maintenance Manager and have career growth potential in that direction or the route of Maintenance Planners or schedulers.

Skills Required
- Set the Pace - Establish work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability.
- Strategize to Win - Direct, train, and develop 5-9 maintenance team members as well as contractors as needed for assigned area/shift.
- Drive Efficiency and Impact Results - Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principles. Utilize problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues.
- Take a New Angle - Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices to foster a continuous improvement mindset across the site.
Experience Required
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work an off shift 2- 5 years of related experience
Education Required
- High School Diploma/GED and related work experience •Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
