Our client is looking for someone having hands-on experience, as well as knowing how to do PMs on machines and set up a PM system (preventative maintenance). 90% of are machines are CNC's so strong knowledge of CNC machining, having worked on hydraulic units installing motors.
Shift Timing: 1 st shift 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday.
Skills Required
Supervises employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations.
Oversees the installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery Oversees the work of maintenance and maintenance support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training.
Monitors work performance and provides feedback. Coordinates maintenance of production equipment. Oversees technical process control and quality process control.
Delegate and give direction to direct reports.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS plus 2-5 years professional experience; or Advanced Degree plus 0-3 years professional experience.
Experience with Maximo work order system.
Experience with Developing a PM maintenance plan.
Completing tasks before starting another task Experience with CNC machines (programming a plus).
Experience in CNC machining and installing motors on hydraulic units.
Leading a small team and not afraid to get hands dirty (this is a must being able and willing to work on equipment).
