- Supervise line mechanics.
- Ensure mechanics are trained & performing to expectation.
- Oversee operations ensuring operators are running equipment properly.
- Ensure proper line set ups for production run.
- Supervise all Shift Supervisors and oversee weekend schedule.
- Implement and verify all corrective actions on equipment.
- Review daily paperwork & sign off.
- Perform PM audits.
- Provide hands-on support with mechanical repairs.
- Lead by example.
