Brookside Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at The Pines at Willowbrook, a well-maintained 80-unit community in Hinesville, GA.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys taking ownership of a property, solving problems, and leading a team while still being actively involved in the day-to-day work.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community
Lead and support the maintenance team
Complete service requests, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
Coordinate vendors and contractors
Maintain inventory and work within the property budget
Ensure the community meets OSHA, EPA, and company standards
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
