Maintenance Supervisor II — Temporary, San Francisco (100% On-Site)

Step into a hands-on leadership role overseeing a small maintenance and janitorial team at a multi-property residential portfolio in San Francisco. This is a fully on-site, temporary opportunity for a maintenance pro who knows how to keep buildings running smoothly and safely.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of 1 Senior Maintenance Tech and 2 Janitors
• Manage preventive maintenance, inspections, and compliance (elevators, fire systems, boilers, and more)
• Coordinate work orders and prioritize daily tasks
• Oversee unit turnovers, vendor relationships, and supply inventory
• Perform hands-on repairs from basic to advanced
• Respond to occasional after-hours emergencies

What you bring:

• 7+ years of multi-family (apartment or hotel) maintenance experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; property management software experience a plus
• Proven ability to lead, train, and organize a maintenance team
• Comfortable working with a diverse resident population, including high-risk individuals
• A team-first mindset with strong independent judgment

Details:

• Location: San Francisco, CA (100% on-site)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
• Status: Full-time, temporary assignment
