Maintenance Supervisor

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Colonial Lakes Apartments. If you're a skilled maintenance leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for resident service, we want you on our team!

• Position: Maintenance Supervisor
• Location: Colonial Lakes Apartments, 4050 Milner Circle, Lake Worth, FL 33463
• Exempt (rent-free) on-site apartment available

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of multi-family maintenance experience, including supervisory experience
• EPA Section 608 Type I & II or Universal certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair expertise
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
• Supervise, schedule, and train maintenance staff
• Manage service requests and make-readies to ensure timely completion
• Develop and carry out preventative maintenance plans
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, and manage maintenance budgets and inventory
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, the Clean Air Act, and company policies
• Maintain curb appeal and the condition of buildings and grounds
• Perform on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; trade school or industry-related courses preferred
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repair
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state law
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local, state, and federal regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• CAMT or CPO certification preferred
