We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations on our property.
Responsibilities include scheduling and performing routine and preventive maintenance, assisting with hiring and training maintenance staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing vendor work, maintaining inventory, and handling emergency repairs like lock-outs and snow removal.
Requirements include knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, experience with property maintenance and supervision, strong communication skills, and proficiency with hand tools.
Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with benefits such as paid time off, health coverage, retirement plans, paid holidays, employee discounts, and professional development.
