We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities in a fast-paced dairy processing environment. This position will coordinate technicians, troubleshoot equipment issues, support preventive maintenance, and help keep production equipment and plant utilities running safely and reliably.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and support maintenance technicians during daily plant operations
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and production support
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime
Support HTST pasteurization systems, separators, homogenizers, sanitary pumps, valves, valve clusters, and CIP systems
Maintain dairy fillers, conveyors, packaging equipment, and related production machinery
Assist with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, water, and other plant utility systems
Respond to equipment breakdowns and prioritize repairs based on production needs
Help identify recurring equipment issues and support reliability improvements
Train and coach maintenance technicians on equipment, troubleshooting, and safe work practices
