Salary Range $80,000-85,000

Large food manufacturing company located in New Jersey is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or additional technical training preferred.
• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC controls and automated production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.
• Must be willing to work off shift (3rd).

Preferred Experience:

Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, conveyors, ovens, mixers, packaging equipment, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, refrigeration, boilers, and industrial electrical systems.
