Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their Spring Hill, TN location.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Battery Assembly building.
Supervises hourly UAW skilled-trades employees, including mechanics and electricians, and serves as the direct communication link between Production and Maintenance.
Key responsibilities include directing daily machine-repair work, organizing manpower based on production needs, supporting improvement projects, coordinating electrician and mechanic resource availability, ordering parts from the warehouse, and completing required documentation.
Directs repair priorities and organizes trades resources around production needs; acts as the communication link between Production and Maintenance.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
Trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
10+ years of experience required.
Technically savvy and able to lead mechanics and electricians in an automated manufacturing environment.
