Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job description:

Lead Maintenance Technician

Lynco Properties is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties will include:

* Have extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of A/C units.

* Promptly handle work order needs of residents

* Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner

* Manage onsite maintenance staff

* Apartment Maintenance Technician must provide excellent customer service

* Works well with other team members

* Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime

Requirements

This role the candidate should have skills in:

*HVAC

*Plumbing

*Electrical

*Painting

*Appliance Repair

and/or other tasks related to maintaining the communities in excellent condition.
