Maintenance Team Lead

Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead with a strong mechanical and electrical background to support a highly automated manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and supporting a modern maintenance operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to the maintenance team.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on highly automated production equipment.

• Support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts.

• Utilize SCADA systems and HMIs to monitor equipment and identify issues.

• Work with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and keep equipment running efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience is required.

• Previous maintenance leadership or team lead experience is preferred.

• Experience working in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

• Experience with SCADA systems and HMIs.

• Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance management and documentation.
