BeMore Staffing is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians<\/b> for temporary and temp -to -hire positions<\/b> at apartment communities throughout the area. Ideal candidates will have hands -on experience in apartment maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Candidates with HVAC experience and/or EPA certification<\/b> are strongly encouraged to apply.

Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, masonry, and painting
<\/p><\/li>
Repair and maintain building structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exterior areas
<\/p><\/li>
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, residents, and team members
<\/p><\/li>
Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare units for new move -ins, ensuring all community standards are met
<\/p><\/li>
Complete annual preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
<\/p><\/li>
Assist with grounds maintenance as needed
<\/p><\/li>
Support special projects as assigned by management
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
HVAC certification preferred but not required (EPA certification is a plus)
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum of 6 months of maintenance experience in an apartment community or similar environment
<\/p><\/li>
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including the ability to maintain, repair, or replace systems (preferred)
<\/p><\/li>
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation required
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to pass a background check
<\/p><\/li>
Possess basic hand tools necessary to perform daily maintenance tasks
<\/p><\/li>
Reliable, self -motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
