Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on maintenance role. This position plays an important part in supporting safe, efficient, and well-functioning facilities by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and responding to service needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls with professionalism and urgency
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to help reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues as assigned
• Complete work orders accurately and document repairs, parts used, and completed tasks
• Assist with installations, adjustments, and minor upgrades to facilities and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and team members to ensure timely resolution of issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on technical role
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, move, and operate tools, equipment, and materials as needed
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts, if required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs or computerized maintenance systems
• Familiarity with general facility operations and safety standards
• Basic troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
• Certifications or training in a maintenance-related field
