- Perform HVAC maintenance on residential systems
- Clean, inspect, and tune-up equipment the RIGHT way
- Catch issues early and recommend solutions (no pressure selling)
- Educate homeowners so they trust you—not just the company
- Keep your truck clean, stocked, and ready
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3+ years HVAC experience (or strong mechanical background)
- Willing to learn and improve every day
- Good with customers (you don’t need to be a salesperson)
- Clean driving record + reliable
