Summary:- Perform general maintenance to ensure the property is safe, clean, and fully operational
- Work closely with the property management team to complete service requests efficiently
- Support unit turns and help prepare apartments for new residents
- Participate in maintaining overall curb appeal and community standards
- Schedule 8am -5pm M-F
Responsibilities:- Complete work orders including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Perform unit turns and punch-outs within designated timelines
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including seasonal tasks (snow removal, etc.)
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies
Requirements:- Experience: 1+ year of residential maintenance experience (work orders, turns, punch-outs)
- Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license required; HVAC/EPA certification preferred (not required)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on tasks daily
- Additional: Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
