What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other routine maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with preparing apartments for new residents.
• Identify maintenance concerns and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the property management team to complete daily priorities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and seasonal snow removal as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in general maintenance, building repairs, or a related hands-on trade.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and general property maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities and snow removal when needed.

Apartment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required! We value transferable skills, a strong work ethic, and individuals who take pride in doing quality work.
