Maintenance Technician-2nd shift (Four 10's) Su-W

• This is for 2nd shift opening (Su-W 2p-1230a) Four (10 hr. shifts)  or could be for 3rd  (Su-W 930p-730a) 
•  May be doing some training on 1st as well (Possible to make some shift modification if necessary) 
• Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment to support the achievement of the plant’s business goals and objectives.

Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:

• Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
• Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. PLC experienc is a plus
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments
• Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
• Performs a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
• Detects faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual situations to maintenance manager
• Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas
• Assists with additional projects as directed
• PREFER JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN ON 2ND SHIFT
