Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate maintenance effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to achieve maintenance goals and targets.
Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures.
Support the implementation of new technologies and maintenance strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Strong motivation to achieve personal and team performance targets.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently.
Experience in documenting maintenance activities and performance metrics.
Experience in developing and implementing maintenance schedules.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Familiarity with new technologies in maintenance strategies.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
