What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement repairs.

• Maintain production machinery and facility systems.

• Work independently to prioritize maintenance needs.

• Document repairs and communicate equipment issues between shifts.

• Support equipment startups, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a dependable work ethic.

• Experience with PLCs, automated production equipment, or CMMS is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.

• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
