Pay Range: $27.28 - $38.98 per hour (based on skills & experience)

Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums

What You'll Be Doing

As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you'll work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
  • Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
  • Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

No one expects you to know everything-PCA invests in training so you can grow your skills and earnings over time.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi‑craft skills
  • Ability to work assigned shift (3rd)
  • Must be able to work extended hours and occasional weekends

Preferred (not required):

  • Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Competitive hourly pay: $27.28 - $38.98 + shift differential
  • 1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours/week
  • 11 paid holidays
  • Up to 1 week of vacation in year of hire with 2 full weeks in first full year of employment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Starting salary for position: $27.28 - $38.98 per hour + shift differential
  • Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
  • Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
  • Paid Holidays.
  • Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
  • Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
