Maintenance Technician (Full-Time). Pay: $25.00 – $29.00+ per hour starting salary(based on experience and skill level). Benefits: Single health coverage after 90 days. Housing option available (slightly reduced hourly rate with free apartment if required). Work Location: In person.

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This is a key position for someone who can perform maintenance operations, handle apartment repairs, and become an integral part of a team.
Requirements:
HVAC - must be able to service resident’s HVAC units. Certification a plus but could be acquired later. Knowledge of heat pumps a bonus.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Must live in close proximity to the Antioch area.
Strong customer service ability and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask between make-ready units and occupied unit service calls.
Professional attitude with tenants and other team members.
Core Skills:
Carpentry/Cabinet Installation/door replacement, hardware, etc.
Perform general maintenance of halls, grounds, and parking areas.
Work diligently with office leasing staff and other team members to prepare apartments and deliver a top quality finished product.
Rotate with other maintenance personnel for being "on call".
