Maintenance Technician

Location: Arlington, TX

Pay Rate: Up to $32-38/hour

Sign On Bonus: $1,500

LHH's Supply Chain & Manufacturing Search team is partnering with a metals manufacturing operation in Arlington to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician. This role supports critical production equipment and facility systems in a heavy industrial environment where uptime, safety, and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions

• Support production uptime through responsive, hands on maintenance

• Work closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams

• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow all safety procedures

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Technical degree OR minimum of 10 years of hands on industrial maintenance experience

• Hands on heat treat maintenance experience is required (industrial heat treat, furnaces, quench systems, atmosphere control, or related equipment)

• Proven experience maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals

• Experience working in safety regulated, production driven facilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay up to $38/hour, based on experience
