Position Title:
Maintenance Technician
Reports To:
Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
Position Summary:
Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our current tenants, completing work orders in a timely manner, maintaining the upkeep of the building and servicing the chillers and boilers. This is a commercial building with a wide variety of tenants meaning professionalism and discretion is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 2 years general maintenance experience.
2. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge preferred.
3. Complete daily work orders in a timely manner.
4. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor.
5. Inspecting grounds daily.
6. Small renovations to suites as rented.
Prerequisites:
Submit to background check and drug screening.
Must have valid driver's license.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: At least 2 years general maintenance.
Certifications: Preferred but not required.
Wage Information: Provided at time of interview.
