Job Description
We are seeking a self-starter Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kelly Inn in Billings, MT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and plumbing repairs
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conducting inspections of facilities to ensure they meet safety standards
- Assisting with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Keeping accurate maintenance records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in building maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
