We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – Stonegate Apartments (260 units) - located in Birmingham, AL. Hourly rate shall start from $22.00 based upon experience and HVAC certification. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
